This Luthersville, GA barndominium remodel was a full transformation, designed to support modern living while honoring the property’s rural setting. Auld House Design guided the project from early planning through finish selections, helping reimagine the home with clarity and intention.

The structure was taken down to the studs, allowing for complete reconfiguration, updated systems, and an expanded layout. An 18-foot rear addition and a screened deck created additional living space and strengthened the connection between the home and the surrounding landscape. AHD provided all plan modifications, refining room layouts and improving overall flow.

Custom inset cabinetry, site-finished hardwood floors, quartz countertops, curated tile, and thoughtful lighting selections bring warmth and durability throughout the home. The project also included functional updates tailored to the homeowners’ equestrian lifestyle, with redesigned barn and tack spaces that support daily routines.

Exterior updates, including new siding combinations, bronze windows, and architectural shingles, completed the transformation.

The finished home feels grounded, comfortable, and intentionally designed for long-term living.
