Downtown Newnan, GA Home Remodel for Lichty Building Group

The Johnson family’s downtown Newnan home got a full interior remodel designed for their lifestyle. We reconfigured walls to add an extra bedroom and bath, creating more space without changing the home’s charm. Their new kitchen features custom inset cabinetry and quartz countertops, and we replaced all the windows for improved light and efficiency.

Outside, we built a new deck with a stone fireplace, ideal for entertaining friends and family. Inside, unique trim details like shiplap, box lattice walls, and a barn door give the home character, while an electric linear fireplace with floating shelves adds modern comfort to the family room. The front porch got a fresh update too, with a new gabled roof that welcomes guests warmly.
