This outdoor living project was all about blending form and function to create a poolside retreat built for both entertaining and everyday living. We handled all grading and site work for the structure, working in sync with the pool company and landscaper to ensure seamless integration.
We built the custom structure with architectural shingles and durable Hardie siding, then brought it to life with full utilities, electrical, plumbing, gas, and HVAC for year-round comfort via a mini-split system. Inside, the poolhouse features a full bath with custom cabinetry, detailed trim work, and thoughtful finishes like shiplap walls, custom shelving, and tilework throughout.
Outside, a stain-grade beadboard ceiling covers the patio for added warmth and charm. The cultured stone outdoor kitchen and gas fireplace create a true gathering space, with a custom-built cabinet tucked into the fireplace design for hidden TV storage.
