Poolhouse Addition Newnan, GA for Lichty Building Group
This custom poolhouse was a ground-up build designed to bring year-round function and style to our clients’ backyard. We handled every phase, from pouring the concrete slab to framing, mechanicals, and finishes. The exterior features architectural shingles, Hardie board-and-batten siding, and a warm, stain-grade ceiling over the patio.
Inside, the kitchen includes custom inset cabinetry and a smooth plaster hood, paired with durable LVP flooring for everyday ease. The full interior bathroom features custom tile and the client’s own vanity, while the outdoor shower was built with custom tile and a wood privacy screen. We also installed outdoor kitchen cabinetry and a sink to complete the space.
