This Peachtree City, GA, custom home was designed in collaboration with Lichty Building Group, with Auld House Design involved from early plan redlines through final finish selections. The goal was to create a home that feels cohesive, functional, and comfortable for long-term living.

AHD refined the layout, designed custom cabinetry, and selected all interior and exterior finishes, including lighting, tile, countertops, hardware, and plumbing fixtures. An outdoor kitchen was also designed to extend the home’s livable space. Clear documentation and thoughtful coordination supported a smooth construction process. 

The finished home feels warm, well considered, and tailored to the homeowner’s needs, a space designed to be lived in and enjoyed for years to come.
