This Newnan, GA model home at The Cottages at Lake Redwine was designed in close collaboration with the builder, beginning with plan concepts, elevations, and cabinet layouts. Auld House Design focused on creating a home that feels welcoming, cohesive, and easy to imagine living in.
To meet HOA and architectural guidelines, AHD procured approved exterior packages and refined them to support the overall character of the community. Inside, all interior and exterior finishes were selected, including flooring, cabinetry, lighting, tile, hardware, and paint.
LVP flooring, semi custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, custom tile, and curated lighting create a warm, approachable interior. Light staging helped highlight the home’s flow and livability, resulting in a model that feels comfortable, polished, and thoughtfully designed for lake living.
