This award-winning Fayetteville, GA home was designed as part of the Trilith Microvillage community in collaboration with Brett Baker Homes. From the outset, the goal was to create a compact home that feels intentional, comfortable, and thoughtfully layered, proving that smaller footprints can still offer elevated, livable design.

Inspired by the warmth and texture of Southern France, Auld House Design guided all interior and exterior finish selections, including paint, cabinetry layouts and colors, quartz countertops, tile, hardwood flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Each material was chosen to support everyday living while maintaining a cohesive architectural vision.

Several homes in this series sold during construction, allowing AHD to work directly with buyers on approved modifications and upgrades. The finished home feels refined yet approachable, and its thoughtful design has been recognized with multiple national and regional awards for innovation, kitchen design, and overall livability.
