Designed as a spec home for Caliber Building Group, this Newnan, GA kitchen was created to feel welcoming, polished, and easy to imagine living in. Auld House Design focused on selections that would appeal to a wide range of buyers while still feeling warm and thoughtfully considered.

The kitchen features semi-custom full overlay cabinetry in both the main kitchen and scullery, paired with Thermador appliances selected for performance and longevity. Storage details such as floating shelves, drawer stacks, pullouts, and a beverage center in the scullery support everyday function without overwhelming the space.

Quartz countertops and unique backsplash selections add visual interest while remaining timeless, and brass plumbing, hardware, and lighting bring warmth and softness to the overall design. Each choice was made to feel cohesive from room to room.

The result is a kitchen that photographs beautifully, lives comfortably, and supports long-termliving within this well-established Newnan community.
