McGraw Guest Bathroom

Sharpsburg, GA Bathroom Design for Lichty Building Group

This guest bathroom was thoughtfully redesigned as part of a larger home transformation, creating a space that feels intentional, elevated, and welcoming for visitors.

Before construction began, the homeowners engaged Auld House Design to guide the design vision and planning for multiple areas of the home. Working closely with the clients, we developed all plan drawings, reimagined the bathroom layout, designed a new custom cabinet configuration, and curated every finish selection, laying a clear foundation long before the project moved forward with Lichty Building Group.

The bath was transformed from a dated tub/shower combination into a clean, modern walk-in shower that immediately improved both function and flow. A floating custom vanity adds visual lightness while maximizing usable space, and bold patterned tile brings personality and a sense of intentional design to the room.

Quartz countertops, matte black plumbing fixtures, and updated lighting were selected to create contrast and cohesion, balancing durability with a refined, modern feel. Each choice was made with the guest experience in mind, comfortable, thoughtful, and beautifully finished without feeling overdone.

The result is a guest bathroom that feels polished and purposeful, reflecting the home’s broader updates while offering visitors a warm, elevated place to land.

Your home deserves a thoughtful approach to how you live, and we’re here to guide every step.
