Rivera Secondary Bathrooms

Newnan, GA Bathroom Design for Lichty Building Group

These secondary bathrooms were fully reimagined from the inside out, transforming dated, inefficient spaces into warm, elevated rooms designed to support everyday family life.

Working alongside Lichty Building Group, Auld House Design began with complete gut renovations, taking each bathroom down to the studs to allow for new plumbing, electrical, and thoughtfully redesigned layouts. One bath was expanded by removing an underutilized closet, creating space for a generous walk-in shower and double vanity that dramatically improved both function and flow. Throughout the project, layouts were custom designed to feel intentional and spacious, not simply updated.

Design details elevate each room while keeping livability at the forefront. Stained white oak and painted maple cabinetry bring warmth and contrast, paired with durable quartz countertops selected for long-term use. Custom tilework adds visual interest, including an arched shower entry and a beautifully detailed tub/shower combination featuring a drop-in tub framed by a tiled arabesque arch.

Custom lighting from Visual Comfort completes each space, adding softness, balance, and a sense of refinement.

The result is a collection of secondary bathrooms that feel anything but secondary, cohesive, functional, and thoughtfully designed to reflect the family’s lifestyle while elevating the everyday experience.

Your home deserves a thoughtful approach to how you live, and we’re here to guide every step.
